Booking and Availability

The calendar below shows booked periods as busy, private details of the booking are not shown. If the time is not listed as busy, it will be available to book. Standard booking periods are Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday, although most groups leave on Sunday evening.

On a mobile, the calendar is easier to use with your phone sideways.

We use the Scout booking system OSM for both scouting and non-scouting parties. If you are not familiar with OSM, please read the instructions by clicking here as it can look a little strange.

Prices

  • 2024 Youth-based organisations
    Week (Mon-Fri) - £300
    Weekend (Fri-Mon) - £300
  • 2024 Other users
    Week (Mon-Fri) - £428
    Weekend (Fri-Mon) - £426
    Week and Weekend - £651
  • Station House is available from 4pm on the first day of rental and vacated by 10am on the last day.

General Terms

  • Booking ahead is restricted to 12 months for youth groups and 6 months for family groups.
  • A £75 non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of booking.
  • The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival which confirms that you will re-read the Risk Assessment, Terms and Conditions and Emergency Action Plan immediately before the hire starts.
  • We prefer payment by Bank Transfer but can accept cheques in exceptional circumstances. Precise details will be provided on acceptance of your booking.
  • If you have to cancel, we only refund if we can re-book your time.
  • Electricity is now included in the rent but please use sparingly as this is a huge cost to us.
