Booking and Availability

Following recent Government and Scout Association advice on the COVID-19 outbreak, Station House is closed and we are unable to take any bookings at present.

Electricity is now included in the rent and the coin meter has been removed.


A £75 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with confirmation that you have read the Risk Assessment, Terms and Conditions and Emergency Action Plan. We prefer payment by Bank Transfer but can accept cheques in exceptional circumstances. Precise details will be provided on acceptance of your booking.

If you have to cancel we only refund if we are able to re-book your time.
